Inspired by the classic Black Forest cake, this seasonal cookie features a rich cocoa base paired with our homemade chocolate crumble. The center is filled with tart black cherry compote, bringing a beautiful balance of bitterness, sweetness, and gentle acidity.
Soft, crumbly, and deeply aromatic—perfect with hot tea or coffee during the festive winter season.

Flour, unsalted butter, trehalose, brown sugar, egg, black cherry compote, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder

Best enjoyed within 5 days. Refrigeration recommended for optimal flavor.
